During an emergency, a video consultation can provide you with instructions on how to care for your pet and stabilize them until you can get to the hospital. The Vet Tech can also let you know if your pet needs to be seen immediately or if they can wait for an appointment. A qualified AmbuVet Technician will offer the best medical advice to each client during the remote video connection. AmbuVet may offer transport of animal "door to door" when an owner/guardian needs assistance for emergency or regular care.

While we cannot diagnose or prescribe, we can certainly take a look at your pet through video to advise on whether or not you are experiencing an emergency and help you rush to a veterinary hospital if the assessment concludes it is best for you to do so.
