A qualified AmbuVet Technician gives experienced care advice over video call with you & your pet. Connections with us are through unique, secure links sent to you through our telehealth partners' technology. Instructions are provided upon booking of your Pets' Virtual Appointment.

During an emergency, our staff instruct you how to care & stabilize your pet until transport to a Veterinary Clinic is possible. Our technicians are in constant communication with all emergency & specialty veterinarians in the Tri- State area we regularly service.

While we cannot diagnose or prescribe, we can certainly take a look at your pet through video to advise on whether or not you are experiencing an emergency & help your pet get to a veterinary hospital if the assessment concludes it is best for you to do so. AmbuVet may offer transport of the animal "door to door" when an owner/guardian requires transport after the call, or for a later scheduled Veterinary visit.
