To whom it may concern,

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the guys who came to my home on Monday morning, March 28th, 2011.

Our beloved Rottie, Bobo, was in the last stages of liver disease, and could no longer walk. We had called our Vet's office and they recommended your service.

As this was our first experience with having to decide to put a family member to sleep, we were totally numb and didn't know what to expect.

The total professionalism and caring that your employees showed to our pet and to us was truly comforting at this most upsetting time.

I didn't get their names, but my family is truly grateful for their compassion.
